Offering pioneering security solutions across the nation, Securitas specialises in ensuring customers’ safety, protection and peace of mind. They are now looking for a Site Manager to join their team in East Yorkshire.

As the Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for provide a high quality security service at a customer’s site in Kingston upon Hull. 

Leading by example, you’ll demonstrate Securitas’ values of integrity, vigilance and helpfulness in your day-to-day activities. You’ll act as a primary point of contact for security matters and ensure that any issues are swiftly dealt with. 

Your other duties will involve: 

- Proactively coaching and developing your team 
- Organising staff rosters 
- Creating assignment instructions 
- Monitoring and analysing CCTV data 
- Designing and implementing auditing tools to ensure compliance 
- Ensuring that all assignment instructions and site documentation is up-to-date 

To be considered, you will need: 

- A current SIA licence 
- Security experience 
- A good level of IT literacy 
- Customer service experience 

Customer-focused and decisive, as the Site Manager, you will be highly organised with excellent communication skills. You’ll also have a positive approach and the confidence to suggest and implement improved ways of working. 

Please note, this is a full time role, working a minimum of 48 hours per week. More hours are available for those willing to opt out of the working time directive.
