Outstanding opportunity for an experienced dynamic Care Supervisor to join a fast growing Domiciliary Care Business with strong career progression opportunities.

As a Care Supervisor you will receive a salary £19-23k per annum (depending on experience) + Performance Related Bonus + 20 days holidays + benefits.

What are we looking for in a Care Supervisor?

Care Supervisor Key Skills:-

• Experience working as a Domiciliary Care Supervisor and running a team of customers and carers in the field.
• Experience in a similar role in Reablement would be preferential
• Strong IT skills and the ability to work at pace
• Strong selling skills and attention to detail.
• A friendly, proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
• A full UK driving licence and own car.
• A minimum of NVQ/QCF Level 3

The Care Supervisor role includes:

• Working alongside the Registered Manager and team to build the business.
• Carrying out risk assessments for potential and existing customers.
• Supervising a team of care workers in the field.
• On call duties on a rota basis.
