Recruitment Consultant - IT & Change - National Accounts

The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Permanent Recruiter to join our National Accounts team to support the delivery of IT and Business Change vacancies across our key clients. This is an opportunity to move away from a typical 360 role, leave behind the cold calling and KPIs, and focus on high quality recruitment through the delivery of excellent service and candidate management.

The Role

You will be working with established clients across the UK, recruiting across a range of roles within the IT & Business Transformation sector. We have long standing partnerships with prestigious organisations, which provides us with a continuous flow of work, much of it exclusive. This is therefore a very warm desk with vacancies to manage from the outset. There is no sales element to this role - the focus is on stakeholder management and the direct attraction and delivery of high calibre candidates.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for individuals with a mature approach to their work, professional credibility with their customers and a determination to deliver on expectations with quality solutions. We are not driven by KPIs and you will not be micromanaged. You will be measured on your behaviours and long term results, not your call stats and numbers on the board!

You will be able to work with autonomy within a supportive and cohesive team environment, building strong internal relationships with your immediate and regional teams. We encourage our Consultants to meet with their clients and candidates on a regular basis in order to build networks and develop relationships.
