B2B Telesales Executives Salary £18,837- £30,000 OTE (9-5:30, Mon-Fri)

We are an outsourced contact centre with a difference and we are currently seeking enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our friendly team.

We work hard to make sure we are doing the right things for our Telesales executives and that we are doing them well, all the while trying to make the company an enjoyable environment to work in. We believe that our Telesales people work best when they enjoy their job.

As a B2B Telesales Executive working on our Utilities campaigns your duties will be to:

  • Identify sales opportunities and present benefits and key features of products effectively to acquire new business. 
  • Meet the targets of the campaign, including activity, conversions etc. 
  • Provide customer satisfaction and best fit products. 
  • Manage own call backs. 
  • Follow compliance guidelines during calls. 
  • Input live customer data on numerous IT packages. 
  • Support colleagues and work as part of the team.
  • Being the best Client Advisor within your field by providing support, knowledge and excellence.
