Our client is a leading local organisation with over 18000 members with an emphasis on the natural environment, a position that has been achieved through the hard work of their members and volunteers.

Based at their Head Office close to Taunton centre, they are currently looking to appoint a suitably qualified individual whom is calm and pragmatic and has a team oriented, flexible, can-do approach to look after their Membership database and to provide general administrative support to the organisation. They are seeking to offer the position, initially on a temporary basis for a period of six months but with a view to becoming permanent

Suitable applicants should:

Have worked with a CRM system and have a proactive interest in the working of the database, not just the inputting process in particular reporting and data manipulation.

Possess excellent administrative skills, with strong attention to detail

Have demonstrable experience of delivering outstanding customer service.

Be numerate, as the job involves handling appeal cheques etc.

Experience with MS packages such as Word & Excel are essential and exposure to mail merge would be advantageous.
