Client Support Analyst (International Payments & FX - Investigations. Flag: Banking, SWIFT, Foreign Exchange) - Spanish fluency. This award-winning, global FinTech seeks a customer-focused client support analyst to join it's busy Customer Support team. The vacancy offers great career prospects going forward. The client is a very dynamic organisation that has grown rapidly in the last few years and offers a great deal of internal development.

Shifts: The team operates a rota system from 7am-6pm; within this early, middle and late shifts.

Customer Support Analyst - The role:

The Customer Support team provides first line Payments and FX support (initial analysis and call ownership to a wide range of global clients: mostly banks, agents, finance houses, etc. This exciting role will see you resolving issues, queries and concerns: -

- Telephone and email support
- Investigating and resolving a variety of payment enquiries
- Working closely with other internal departments and a banking partner network
- Providing general support for daily requests covering: payment confirmations, new client set up, beneficiary queries
- Taking ownership of client queries, escalating where necessary and keeping customers informed of progress

Customer Support Analyst - The candidate:

This role will be suitable for someone who has worked in a busy, client-driven banking environment in PAYMENTS or FX in a client support role or a role in processing that combines support; someone who feels the need to make a move to an environment where they can continue in a similar vein but, going forward, have the opportunity to progress with a team (and company), moving to higher-level support positions and perhaps different departments in the future. Candidate must have: -

- Fluency (written and spoken) in Spanish
- Solid customer support / payments investigations experience in Banking
- Experience of International Payments and/or FX: SWIFT (MT types, etc)
- Excellent client interaction and general customer service skills
- A cheerful and professional telephone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good MS Office skills
