What to expect as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

We heavily invest in all of our people here at AF and give each Trainee time to develop into a successful Consultant. We don't expect immediate results and recognise that each individual will pick things up at a different pace. You will be enrolled in a 12 week training programme delivered by our very own Learning and Development team and will receive ongoing coaching throughout your whole career with us. Our training is a blended mix of both practical and theory work and we take the time to identify how each of our Consultants learn best.

You'll be given the opportunity to be part of fun incentives including 3 annual all expenses paid for holidays (past locations have included Cancun, Skiing, Barcelona, Miami and Ibiza). We also hold monthly lunch clubs to top restaurants for all of our high achievers and hold regular social events. Our uncapped commission structure has no threshold meaning that you will see money for every single penny that you bill. You'll be told from Day 1 the targets that you need to achieve in order to hit your next promotion and will be in control of your progression, never having to wait for somebody to leave before being promoted.
