Care Assistants
Brand Homes is a private Staines Upon Thames group home dedicated to caring for adults with learning difficulties in the community.
It is registered with Surrey County Council (18 to 65 years category), inspected by the Care Quality Commission.
The home is mixed sex with an average age of 40 years old. Three female and three male.
All residents play an active role within the home with staff supervision, menu planning, activity planning and the general up keep of their home.
The care philosophy at Brand Homes centres on the need for each individual resident to be supported and enable to live a full, meaningful and positively and socially valued life in the community with emphasis on independence, personal choice, privacy, dignity and fulfilment in all aspects and activities of daily life.
We are looking for Care Assistants to join a competent friendly team with patience, kindness and a positive approach.
Available shifts are Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday 16.00-09.00
