You will be responsible for helping their clients achieve their objectives and ensuring that they provide the extremely high-quality experience they are renowned for.

The role…

As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating interest and securing participation of industry delegates for a wide variety of conferences and events. Analysing customer feedback, assessing their needs and matching their bespoke solutions is also a key part of the role.

There is support provided by the Sales Director who will conduct a first class bespoke sales training programme that will give you the skills to succeed in their business. The training programme will teach you a proven sales process used throughout the industry as well as skills in overcoming objections, lead generation and market knowledge. They are committed to ensuring you have the support and opportunities to progress on a clear promotion path.

What they need from YOU…..

You need to be determined to meet deadlines and achieve set targets and KPIs

You need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to get your point across concisely to people of all levels of experience - particularly over the phone.

You need to be organised and professional, as well as working proactively and using your initiative.

Some experience in sales, business development or lead generation is preferred but not essential; although, you must have evidence of your enjoyment of selling.
