Data Architect required to work for market leading organisation in Hull. The successful Data Architect will come from an extensive Data Architecture and design background, with strong knowledge of database design and data warehousing, experience with integration Middleware, ETL, APIs and Data Quality toolsets. Also required is knowledge and experience of SAP HANA/Sybase/SQL, and SAP Data Services/BODS.

The successful Data Architect will be responsible for the provision of detailed data architecture definitions, ad-hoc data analysis and design support to project teams to help facilitate delivery in Datamodelling/metadata management/master data management/integration/migration/warehousing/analytics and security. The Data Architect will ensure that solutions delivered conform to, and help develop the maturity of the overall data strategy.

KEY SKILLS

• Extensive Data Architecture/Data Design experience
• Experience/Knowledge of SAP HANA/Sybase/SQL
• Experience/Knowledge of SAP Data Services/BODS
• Strong Data Warehousing knowledge
• Experience with integration Middleware, ETL, APIs and Data Quality Toolsets
• TOGAF certification
• Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of data capabilities and broad understanding of IT trends and disruptive technologies
