This is a great opportunity for an experienced Android engineer, ideally with some familiarity with sensor functionality/interaction (ie Gyro, GPS), to join a niche little engineering team in Leafy Surrey. You'd be working on apps that do much more than just wrap an HTML5 website or act as a mobile alternative to an established web platform. They need someone who has solid fundamentals of Object Orientated Design, and some experience developing algorithms would be nice too, to help build mobile companions to an existing hardware ecosystem.
You would help contribute to keeping commuters and road users safe and developing and maintaining an app with 60,000 current users.
Technical requirements as follows:
. Degree in Computer Science or Maths (or similar)
. Native Android experience
. Some familiarity of Agile Methodologies
. Able to work in office Mon-Fri in Leatherhead, Surrey.
This could be a great opportunity if you WAN to work with a friendly, experienced development team outside the hustle & bustle of central London. Office is easily commutable from Central London on Southern Rail.
