My client is an IT Service Provider and Cisco Partner who are looking for a Network Engineer with solid Cisco experience within a technical consultancy or network operations background to join their multi-tenanted environment. You will assist with defining and planning technical strategy, standards, and our future services roadmap. In-depth knowledge of the following:

• CCNA / CCNP
• Multi-Tenanted environments
• Cisco Switches
• Cisco ASA
• Juniper Skills
• Datacentre Interconnects
• ITIL principles - managing multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
• Networks (LAN/WAN/Internet),
• Firewalls and Applications skills, for example F5, Juniper, Cisco.
• Significant experience of Incident, Problem and Change Management from an operational perspective.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to being in a Technical consultancy role, ideally in a client facing commercial organisation. Experience of technical environments - Datacentre hosting, virtualisation, networking, authentication and security. Significant experience of all aspects of complex physical and virtual networking infrastructure in a multi-tenanted environment. Hands-on, pro-active approach to consultancy and support assistance. Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills. Technical design and testing plan creation experience.
