Finance Project Accountant - Fixed Term 6 Months

This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Finance Project Accountant to assist in the implementation of a new finance system. Our client has a goal to integrate systems which will enable real time information and efficiencies across the whole organisation.

Location: Emersons Green, Bristol, BS16
Hours: Full-time, 35 hrs per week
Contract: Fixed Term 6 months
Salary: GBP35,296 per annum plus benefits package

The role:

Reporting directly to the Finance Project Manager, the Finance Project Accountant will be working alongside various teams from Sales/Purchase ledger to Estates and Operations. The role will begin with leading on the main part of the Project which will be implementation of one Sales Ledger function.

About you:

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the finance function to support data analysis, cleansing and migration.

A professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or qualified by experience is essential as is extensive experience of working with computerised accounting packages. In addition, you must have significant experience of data analysis and interrogation and be a strong communicator.
