With high profile key accounts including a recent win of a major new client, the Bristol office is looking to recruit 2/3 experienced Recruiters to join their Permanent delivery team - the best performing team in the company UK wide.

ROLE

This is a really exciting opportunity to join a small, close-knit team that boasts the financial backing and support of a multi-million global brand. Unlike most recruiter roles, this position does not require daily new business calls, thus giving you the time and energy to service and nurture both MSP and RPO clients. You will have access to a huge volume of roles, many of which offer virtually guaranteed placements & commission due to no competition. A transparent career path is also offered with progression to Account Management of major blue chip clients or Team Management as realistic opportunities.

THE PERSON

You will have a 1 - 3 year's Permanent recruitment experience, ideally within Engineering, IT and/or Finance/Procurement and looking to move into a delivery focused role. You will be a self-starter - no micromanaging guaranteed! You will have an innovative mind with bundles of energy, drive and the utmost professionalism at all times.

THE PACKAGE

Salary is very much dependant on experience but you can expect 18k - 27k with an ote of circa 40k - 45k. Extensive benefits and fun company incentives throughout the year.
