Job description
Guildford College Group is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Chemistry.
The main purpose of the role is to deliver education and training to students at the College, act as Programme Manager for specific courses and as Personal Tutor to identified students.
You will be delivering high quality lessons in accordance with the college's Teaching, Learning and Assessment Strategy, using the class profile to differentiate learning.
Moreover, you will be responsible for marking student work, recognising achievement and providing developmental feedback in a timely way, which identifies ways to improve learning.
We are looking for someone that has experience as a teacher for students aged 16 to 18 and teaching and assessing A Level Physics.
This is a permanent, part-time position for a minimum of 11.25 hours per week (0.3125 FTE) based at our Stoke Park Campus. The pro rata salary offered is GBP 7,358 - GBP 11,110 per annum.
