My client is a successful Independent Financial Practice. The company's main aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available to it's clientele.
The company are currently looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join their established mortgage team based within their West Devon office.
They are looking to recruit Full or Part Time Administrators.
Key abilities we would be looking for would include:
• Efficiency
• Knowledge of Word and use of internet sites for processing online applications
• Ability to use in-house database system, scanning, pdf.
• An attention to detail
• Diary planning
• Mortgage processing system to be reviewed and kept up to date tracking and monitoring each processing stage.
• Provide Keyfacts Illustrations along with the other paperwork required by the mortgage advisor for client meetings.
• Dealing with correspondence and producing standard letters.
• Electronic filing of client correspondence and all other relevant documentation should be carried out at the time of processing.
Overall, the administrative role involves being present in the office, interacting with the consultants and clients, being polite and friendly and taking part in the day-to-day general duties of running a small office. Prior experience within mortgages is essential. My client is looking for a bright, intelligent and enthusiastic person to fulfill this role.
