We have a new opening in the Global Recruitment Optimisation (GRO) team within Talent Acquisition. This position is based at our Cambridge office. This role manages recruitment projects for the organisation. The successful candidate will develop and deploy talent acquisition strategies and programs to strengthen the organisation's capabilities and also support the Talent Acquisition function in meeting current and future business plans. You will work with regional TA leads to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all aspect of recruitment. The role reports into the Director, Talent Acquisition., * Manage and participate in global and cross functional projects working with SME's and key Stakeholders. * Ensure projects are scoped, budgeted, resourced, planned and executed successfully managing any risks and issues. * Communicate initiatives, strategies, and measurements to Talent Aquisition and wider HR team * Define, track and analyse talent acquisition metrics to support recruitment initiatives and drive performance * Designs and develops recruitment materials. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insight from Talent Aquisition perspective * Assure knowledge and adherence to company policies and procedures and legal requirements by the service area while providing high quality advice and counsel to business team on recruiting and staffing issues. Education/Experience Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years). * Strong leadership skills * Strong business acumen with ability to understand complex organizational structures and environments * Knowledge of recruiting theories, principles, programs, trends and best practices * Advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data * Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity * Demonstrated executive presence and strong consultation and presentation skills * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Effective interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels of the organization * Proficient in problem solving and prioritizing * Strong analytical and quantitative skills
