Primary Responsibilities:

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Drive delivery and growth of tower suppliers to meet Envision Energy business needs.
• Establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements.
• Work closely with various divisions of Envision Energy to conduct First Piece Qualification (FPQ), Supplier surveillance audits.
• Aid in supplier approval process: manufacturing, technology, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and risk assessment.
• Support on Request for Quotation (RFQ) and new business opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement on supplier's quality, cycle time, and delivery performance through RCA and Lean Six Sigma.
• Work closely with Envision Energy Sourcing and Engineering to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may affect quality and delivery requirements.
• Support disposition of nonconformities, site cases and supplier deviations.

Qualifications Required:

• BS/MS with Mechanical major.
• Hands???on experience in wind tower supplier development ??? practical manufacturing (shop floor) exposure.
• Supplier quality management or supplier technical development experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge and direct shop floor experience on wind tower manufacturing will be highly valued.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Background in interpretation of blueprints/specifications, metrology, and manufacturing process planning/evaluation.
• Ability to work in cross???functional, global team environment.
• Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality, fluent in oral and written English, willing to take frequent travel regionally and globally.
