As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, renewing contracts and creating demand for new products and services. You will also be responsible for account mapping and agreeing action plans for complete customer satisfaction.We are Eploy, we're a fast-growing software company and we are looking for an experienced software Account Manager to join our busy sales team.Our software manages the in-house recruitment processes of companies ranging from 250 employees to well over 100,000 - we also provide solutions for the public sector, university and recruitment agency markets. You will be reporting to our Sales Director but will also work closely with our Head of Customer Success to ensure we deliver the highest levels of customer service for our rapidly expanding portfolio of key client accounts. Our product - Eploy - is the complete software solution for e-Recruitment.

About you

You'll be an excellent rapport builder, confident and approachable with the ability to quickly gain the trust and respect of multiple contacts within each client account. You will have excellent administrative, time management and communication skills

About the job

As a Senior Account Manager, you will:
  • Create trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders within our key clients
  • Manage contract renewal negotiations to a successful conclusion
  • Create action plans for customer satisfaction in conjunction with the Head of Customer Success
  • Identify business opportunities for portfolio products and services within each account
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline for your accounts and ensure our CRM is accurate and up to date at all times
  • 'Own' the customer relationship and be the daily point of contact and key problem solver.
  • Engage with our customer success team to ensure SLAs and support services are meeting client needs
  • Work with our marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns for existing client accounts
  • Create and deliver software demonstrations and presentations that convey the benefits our portfolio of products and services can deliver
  • Create sales and resource requirement forecasts for the senior management team
It would be great if you???
  • Have experience of working within a software company, recruitment and/or HR would be highly desirable
  • Have excellent software demonstration skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can build relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels within an organisation
  • Are highly motivated and results oriented; with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Have a full, clean driving licence
