Oasis Aquila Housing are seeking to recruit an experienced HR professional to provide a comprehensive service to Oasis Aquila Housing Executive team and staff. You will lead on all HR activities, including recruitment, induction, training/development, employee relations. The role also includes processing of the monthly payroll using SAGE software (training will be given). You will ideally be CIPD qualified, with proven experience as a generalist HR practitioner. You will be self-motivated and pro-active with highly developed interpersonal, communication, organisational and IT skills.
