A fantastic opportunity has just become available for an Experienced Graduate Structural Engineer to become an important part of a well-established, highly respected engineering consultancy based in Essex. Our client specialises in the high quality delivery of a range of building structures projects from inception to completion and are looking to welcome a new engineer to become a part of an expanding team, and will offer a number of fantastic career opportunities within the role. Our client is looking to offer a salary of GBP26,000 for this role, in addition to offering full support towards the completion of Chartership.

In order to be considered for this Experienced Graduate Structural Engineer role you will:

  • Hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Possess at least 18 months experience working at a UK based engineering consultancy
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess experience of using AutoCAD
  • Possess a good understanding of British Standards and Eurocodes

Key responsibilities of this Experienced Graduate Structural Engineer:

  • Play an important part in the delivery of a range of building structures projects from inception to completion
  • Liaise closely with valued clients
  • Attend site projects and design meetings as required
  • Write reports, carry out calculations and attend site projects as required
  • Receive full support towards the completion of Chartership
  • Work directly alongside a number of experienced and Chartered engineers
