This is an excellent opportunity to join Manchester's leading Financial Claims specialist in their Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) or Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) Administration team handling a high volume of DSAR & FOS cases relating to mis-sold PPI, Packaged Bank Accounts, Investments and Pensions. This is a busy and demanding role working in a high volume environment where attention to detail and a high quality ethos is paramount. Previous DSAR & FOS experience is highly desirable for this role but we are interested in speaking to people with a broader complaints or claims administration background.

Our client offers a fun, vibrant and busy working environment where people work hard and enjoy their work. Established in 2008, they employ over 600 people and are growing as 2017 is their busiest year to date. Their background is in PPI Claims but they are rapidly expanding into mis-sold Packaged Bank Accounts, Pensions and Investments. The PPI market is booming!

This role requires excellent attention to detail gained from previous DSAR & FOS administration or processing experience and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume, busy environment. You must be a team player and be happy to role your sleeves up and help others.
