Inbound Customer Service Advisors - Financial Services Call Centre
£17,000 + £600-£1000 per month bonus - Top performers take home £1,200+ in bonuses per month
We are looking for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join one of the leading Financial Claims Management companies in their Altrincham based Call Centre. Taking inbound calls from existing customers and supporting them throughout the PPI and PBA claims process, you will be targeted on cross and up selling additional products and services.
The company: One of the original PPI claims / financial claims businesses in Manchester, founded in 2008. Large call centre with 80 Sales Advisors, 60 Customer Service Advisors and 100 back office administrators / claims processors. They are the market leader in PPI Claims, Packaged Bank Account Claims - PBA, Mis-sold Pensions and Investments. A very successful business, extremely busy and growing with a fun, vibrant team based environment.
The role: This is all about giving high levels of customer service to customers who have made PPI or PBA claims through our client whilst taking the opportunity to cross and up sell additional products and services when suitable - and earning a great bonus in the process!
The package: £17,000 basic + £600-800 per month bonus
You: To succeed in this role you will have solid Customer Service or Sales experience gained from within a similar Call Centre based environment. You will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a busy team environment and have a positive, can do attitude. As previously mentioned, there are soft cross selling and up selling targets with this role (hence the excellent bonus potential), so experience of this type of sales would be advantageous, but not essential.
