Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education - Sheffield

We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced recruiter to take over a desk within this specialist education consultancy in Sheffield.

You will be responsible for supplying teaching staffing to Primary schools throughout South Yorkshire and will join an established player with a good name in the local market.

As a senior member of the team there is transparent room for progression into Team / Sales Management

On offer is a very generous basic salary circa GBP22k-GBP28k depending on experience, flexible corporate benefits and an excellent bonus scheme where earning GBP40k-GBP50k is standard for good consultants.

To be suitable you will have previously recruitment experience in a busy, targeted environment, ideally with experience of Education, but other transferable sectors happily considered. You will be a lively, personable sales person who is comfortable on the phone and in front of clients.
