The person will be joining the PwC inform team, which is made up of content and user management, sales and marketing and knowledge management. The job holder will need to be willing to learn new skills on a regular basis, have attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to work under pressure. The content management system is bespoke to PwC and full training will be given over a number of weeks. Training will also be given in the understanding and use of xhtml.
The role is to input data into the content management system from a variety of sources such as Word/XLS spreadsheets/pdf conversion etc. The content is then formatted into a tidy presentation and linked where appropriate. Content will then be published to PwC's flagship technical database Inform. There will be additional work when other staff members are on holiday.
Essential skills:
- Basic Word/Lotus notes.
- Google suite.
- Attention to detail, accuracy
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to understand and retain instructions (verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of html/xhtml would be helpful but not essential.
