We are working exclusively with our client to find a high calibre and experienced General Manager for their home product showroom

The role -

Managing your own showroom within one of the UK's leading retailers

Pushing the store profitability beyond expectations

Setting KPI's for your sales staff and monitoring their progress

Staff motivation

Reporting directly to the regional manager

About you -

A minimum 2 years' retail management experience

Enthusiasm together with a passion for retail sales and management

A proven track record of success

People management and motivation skills

Must be able to work weekends and Bank Holidays (with 2 days off during week)
