Personal Trainer - Milton Keynes We are currently recruiting for Personal Trainers who are enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about fitness and exercise. Responsible for the daily operation of a cross training facility, you would deliver excellent service and maintain a motivating, clean and safe environment. An important part of your role will be working to deliver functional small group exercise classes, technique sessions, and building a friendly rapport with all customers. As a team player, you'll work alongside other employees to maintain the regulations of health and safety and sustain exceptional cleanliness standards. You will expected to grow a personal training client base to a minimum of 10 sessions per week within 3 months and will follow a development plan to support your growth. Predominately working in our cross training facility, you will have access to two centres to allow you to penetrate a 2500+ membership base. The ideal candidate will be a minimum level 3 qualified fitness instructor, target driven, have good communication and motivational skills, as well as a good technical ability. Other qualifications for Strength and Conditioning, Cross fit, functional training and movement screening would be an advantage.
