The role

Opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to play a key role contributing to the finance services of a world leading university.

As Senior Credit Controller, you will assist on the effective and efficient administration of all income due to the University from students, commercial and other customers. This will include assisting with the on going reconciliation of customer accounts, ensuring that there is a complete and accurate record of transactions and that all income is correctly allocated and debts are minimised.

A high level of customer service to customers and colleagues across the University is essential, ensuring that the University is both transparent and accountable in the way it deals with its customers.

Your profile

You will be an experienced credit controller with an interest in the Higher Education sector along with experience of resolving fees and funding issues and reconciling complex financial records.

Excellent written and oral communication skills and confidence in liaising with external collection/legal agencies are essential. A qualification in the area of credit control is desirable.
