Dynamics CRM/365 Consultant

Dynamics CRM/365 Consultant required for growing consultancy in Glasgow city centre. The company are looking for experienced CRM specialists to join in a client-facing, Consultant role. The organisation are in the process of expansion and are looking to quadruple their headcount by the end of 2018. With strong investment backing, they are looking to become the leaders for ERP and CRM consulting across Scotland. Microsoft Gold partners, they focus largely on implementations of new systems as well as the continued support once these systems are up and running. They offer flexible working around client requirements and both offices operate in a friendly environment across a flat structure. I am looking to speak to people who have a track record in Application Consultancy and training to continue to build the Dynamics CRM/365 practice. The role is focused on carrying out pre-sales engagements with customers and it will be very client facing. You will be required to understand and define clients' business processes and to configure the CRM system. You will be providing assistance and advising on multiple areas of CRM to clients including configuration tasks, data migration, training, customisations to the system and guiding projects through to completion. Key Skills: ** Strong experience with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics ** CRM knowledge across Sales or Customer Service including: Contact and Account Management, Lead and Opportunity Management, Quote and Sales Order Management, Data Modelling and reporting ** Knowledge of reporting tools (i.e. PowerBI, SSRS) ** Software design experience This is an opportunity to join a growing consultancy at the early stages of their growth.
