About the role

o To manage the departmental team and resources to deliver results

o Administer and manage operational expenses incurred within the Centre

o Generate weekly and monthly reports

o Build positive relationships with key service providers=

o Ensure effective use of technical knowledge and skills enabling efficient, economic and safe servicing and repair of all vehicles

o Build effective working relationships with all colleagues

o Stock Management

o Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

About you

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate well developed management and leadership skills, with the ability to adjust style and approach to maximise the team and individual performance. The ability to work on your own initiative, can think strategically and identify opportunities and potential issues within the current market; has the ability to consider long term effects of shorter term decisions. Excellent organisational skills that will allow you to contribute to the planning and development of the business.
