PROJECT MANAGER - LENDING

SALARY: GBP60k-GBP70k

LOCATION: STAINES

Project Practice is proud to announce a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a challenger bank. You will be a key player in a growing team and will be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver Change Projects and support the company's business and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall project plan to launch a new lending business including technical aspects
  • Develop and maintain the overall project plan
  • Manage the day to day progress of the project
  • Manage project budgets
  • Keeping the ExCo up-to-date
  • Liase with all areas of the business from inception to launch
  • Build key relationships with stakeholders and manage the project implementation
  • Manage projects with new and existing partners through inception to launch
  • Oversee the programme documentation and maintain the project status
  • Manage change agenda
  • Set the delivery of projects and governance and maintain sustainability

Requirements:

  • Project Management qualification - eg PRINCE2 or equivalent
  • Experience in managing projects in a Mortgage, Lending or Retail Banking products environment
  • Should have managed projects related to business change
  • New business launch project management experience should be an added advantage
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to deal with changing requirements
  • Awareness and ability to work with new technologies
