We're a small company with big growth ambitions and are looking for a social media savvy Marketing Assistant. To fit in with us, you need to work hard and be confident in your capabilities but also open to learning and developing with us as we grow together.

Main Responsibilities

  • Social Media: es tablish and run channels/campaigns
  • Campaigns: working with subject matter experts, dream up and run campaigns
  • Blogs/Case studies: working with subject matter experts to create blogs and case studies
  • Websites: Developing and maintaining four company sites
  • Events: both organising/running events and managing our attendance at industry events
  • CRM: manage our contacts database and mailings
  • Google Analytics - Reporting, analysing and interpreting statistical web data using
  • SEO - Developing strategies to increase the number of visitors to the websites.
  • E-Newsletters - Managing weekly newsletter campaigns (HTML)
  • Graphic Design - working on both digital and other marketing materials

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Skilled at all social media channels
  • Social media success monitoring/management tools
  • Campaign creation
  • Google Analytics, PPC, SEO tools
  • WordPress

The ideal candidate needs to have:

  • Qualification - ideally marking/social media
  • Good language & visual skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • The ability to pay attention to detail, and work independently and flexibly;
  • The capacity to prioritise whilst working across multiple projects.
  • A keen interest in new technologies/software and changing online platforms.
