Internal Sales Executive

GBP20,000 plus commission OTE GBP30k first year!

My client is a leading training consultancy business based in Leeds City Centre. They are currently growing through a period of growth and are looking for a new Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. The main aim of this role is to sell various training packages into the private and public sector.

Internal Sales Executive main responsibilities include:

• Work to hit and over exceed on revenue targets
• Ensure a high quality of service to all potential and current clients
• To consult and be informative to both potential and current clients
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to fact find and have good quality conversations
• Be proactive with generating leads
• Update and cleanse a database
• Maximise every opportunity and represent the business with enthusiasm and honesty

Ideally you will have some direct sales / telesales experience within a B2B environment.
