Sanderson Finance are working with a successful organisation in Swindon who are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to join their accounts function on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for preparation of statutory accounts including balance sheet, profit & loss statements and variance analysis
- Manage and develop the financial accounting system
- Preparation of management accounts and monthly/quarterly financial reports
- Liaise with company auditors and external professional advisers
- Review annual budgets and reporting of expenditure
- Support with ad hoc responsibilities as required
Person Specification:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Previous experience of a customer facing role
- Strong understanding of interpreting financial and management information
- Excellent time management, highly organised and strong communication skills
- Proficient user of IT
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
