Plot Sales Paralegal - Bristol City Centre

Based in the heart of Bristol, this top tier practice is highly regarded and are currently looking to appoint a Paralegal within their Plot Sales team.

We are looking for a true team player who can assist with both fee-earning and support tasks, to maximise the operational efficiency of the team whilst delivering high standards of legal work and client care.

The team are highly recognised nationally and internationally and are proud of the work they are doing and the clients they have.

You will be part of a highly skilled Plot Sales team delivering a wide range of services including part exchange, Home Buy products, shared ownership and second charge incentives.

As a paralegal, you will be accountable for:

• Your own caseload of sale files
• Carrying out the sales process effectively in line with client requirements
• Regularly update clients as to the progress of matters

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

• Ability to work on own initiative without close supervision.
• Handling a large and varied caseload of conveyancing matters.
• Adaptable and flexible to meet business/team demands.
• Manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.
• Commitment to team goals and personal development.
• Capable of establishing good working relationships with colleagues and both internal and external clients.
• Lateral thinker with ability to seek improvements to existing practices for the good of the business.
