Resourcing Consultant

Our client, an established Recruitment Consultancy in Bristol are looking to expand their Resourcing Team.

This role will involve you identifying and attracting the right Associates to fill the positions the client is recruiting for. You would spend time screening candidates over the phone and providing a short-list to clients. You will therefore be an excellent communicator with the ability to understand what your customers are looking for in an Associate. You will have a persuasive manner and be able to question and probe when telephone interviewing, to get the information you need to make a decision around suitability.

You would also spend time networking and referencing, picking up any new business opportunities as you do this. In addition you would also provide administrative support to the Resourcing Team.

The ideal candidate for this role will have been working in a telephone customer service role, where you have had to speak with a variety of customers and gain an understanding of their situation and needs. Previous experience of recruitment would be advantageous but it is not essential for the right candidate.
