Have you ever spoken to someone in a customer service role and been really impressed with the person you've spoken to? Do you think you could be that person?

Our client are a fast-moving Transport and Distribution Service are looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team. You will be on the front line of their customer service team, providing first class support to over 150 customers across 2 distribution centers in the South West. You will be the first point of contact communicating with customers by telephone and email.

As well as managing both internal and external relationships for these customers, you must be able to make quick decisions, prioritise your work load and escalate any issues you feel could affect the wider operation.

To be successful in this role, a background in customer service is really important. Although coming from a call centre background would be an advantage, if you feel that you have astounding people skills, are used to working in a busy environment, communication skills to rival the best and you're a really good listener, they want to hear from you!

Hours of work:

The hours are 40 per week based on a shift rota basis (varying from a 7 start through to an 8pm finish) although there is a degree of flexibility around this working to customer and business needs.

Salary will be dependent on experience.
