Sales & Administration Apprentice

Lilleshall National Sports and Conferencing Centre, Newport, TF10 9AT39 Hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 5 days on and 2 days off, 8hr shifts to be scheduled between 7.30am - 10.30pm.Salary: GBP7,098 per annumSerco has a strong commitment to apprentices and training and as a successful Serco apprentice, you will be provided with unparalleled support throughout the duration of your programme.You will be helped to build relationships with peers, allowing you to achieve your professional development objectives.Your duties will include:Being pro-active and attentive, at all times, delivering high standard of customer service, when liaising with suppliers or clients. Fulfill requests for all enquiries both over the phone and online reservations. Making bookings as required for community sports, onsite partners and corporate customers. Handle incoming calls in a professional manner, delivering the highest standard of customer service. Updating invoice and accommodation sales tracker as required. Reception cover as required to support front of house team. Raising booking forms & course information. Completing bookings weekly supplement.
