Location: Godalming, Surrey

Salary: up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Department Overview:

The Client Services Team is responsible for the full client life cycle. From on-boarding, selling additional services, to then off-boarding when the time is right.

The team are the "go to" for their existing clients. Their management is crucial to the client experience with the Company.

Role Overview:

  • Supporting the on-boarding transition of clients and existing client relationships
  • Working with the manager to ensure that client contracts are fulfilled, reviewed and managed to prolong the client lifecycle
  • Supporting the off-boarding transition
  • Provision of company secretarial services to the Company's Clients

Responsibilities (the list below is not exhaustive)

  • Supporting the transition of clients from the sales team to ongoing delivery
  • Assisting with the creation and completion of client procedure manuals
  • Identifying additional sales opportunities for existing clients
  • Ensuring that billing is completed in accordance with contracts
  • Assist with client fee reviews on a scheduled basis
  • Support client off-boarding
  • Assist with the internal reporting of existing client sales opportunities
  • Assist with the research database for clients
  • Assist with the provision of Company Secretarial services to clients

Experience:

  • 3+ years and demonstrable achievement in a client service or sales environment
  • Experience in a professional firm with international aspects would be an advantage

Qualifications and Training

  • Essential - English and Maths above grade C GCSE
  • Desirable - Business studies qualification
