This passionate, innovative and fast growing website design and software company are looking to expand their team. They are looking for an individual who has a keen eye for detail and who can support their design and development team to create cutting edge websites.
Working in the team
Personality and team fit is as important as experience for this role. The successful candidate will be ambitious and motivated and should have ability to think laterally. They will be able to build strong relationships and manage client expectations. They will also provide internal training and informal mentoring.
The role
- Acting as first point of contact for all website and graphic design projects
- Working closely with our design and development team to deliver projects on time and to budget
- Liaising with clients ensuring accurate and timely communication
- Project tracking and report management
- Managing multiple projects across a range of clients
- Testing and ensuring the quality of completed work before release
- Conducting client meetings
- Working closely with the team to provide accurate project estimates
- Develop and manage project plans and resource allocation
- Manage project financials, meet deadlines and manage client expectations
Key requirements
- Experience of client management within an SME environment
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Confident and competent user of MS office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team of technical and design staff
- Be interested in the digital environment and new technology
- Be numerate with an eye for detail and comfortable working with data reporting and numbers
- Have strong planning skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, aiding in design and process to add value and help steer their success
