Title: Corporate Finance Manager
Salary: £70,000 + Package
Location: Manchester
Post type: Permanent
Client is a high growth multi-channel group based in Greater Manchester. Delivering 6 consecutive years of growth, client is now in a prime position to enjoy continued expansion on both a national and international scale. Investing heavily in core business areas.
This role will report to the Corporate Finance Director providing support with group growth activities including, M&A work, new business development, organic growth, debt funding, investment appraisal and strategic reviews
Main Responsibilities
* Financial modelling and investment appraisal including assistance with the creation of business cases
* Project manage the business case and due diligence process and provide support in relation to the structuring and execution of transactions
* Provide control, coordination and management of data for strategic consideration and planning
* Quickly appreciate and understand the Business Unit growth strategy and work with financial and operational teams across the business on an ad-hoc basis as necessary
* To work with the Corporate FD and/or Corporate Development Director on ad hoc projects as required
* In conjunction with the Corporate Finance Director, management and delivery of all aspects of investor relations and filing requirements arising from the Group's funding documentation
* Responsibility for leading the delivery of specific financial projects and ventures, such as funding of M&A activity
Successful Candidate
* Qualified ACA
* High energy and dynamic individual
* Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and influence people at all levels within the business
* Prior experience gained within a debt advisory, corporate finance, lead advisory or transaction services team
* Strong experience of appraising / building Financial Models
* Proven experience in Investment Appraisal
