We are looking to add experienced Service Desk Analysts to our existing team.
Service Desk Analyst

Location: Sandy, Bedfordshire
Salary: Starting at £17,276 to £20,155 per annum
Hours: Full time
Contract: 6 months
You will be required to manage and monitor Incidents, Service Requests and Problems to keep the customer (RSPB staff and Volunteers) performing at the highest level possible by minimising the impact of any IT related issues.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Office 2016 in a busy technical support environment while knowledge of Active Directory, Citrix, Microsoft SCCM and the ITIL framework are also desirable.
We are looking for a customer and solutions focused individual with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively via both the telephone and email.
