French Speaking Account Executive

* Processing customer orders accurately and swiftly * Updating the relevant systems with the order information * Responding to inbound calls and emails within strict time constraints * Resolving customer enquiries * Making outbound calls to assigned customers * Building long-term and ongoing relationships with external customers As a result of expansion, they are looking to recruit French speaking Account Executives to join their existing team. Fluent French and English skills (written and spoken) essential. This is a varied role handling a range of customer accounts within a customer service environment. There will be a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails and even faxes! You will be expected to deliver first class advice and service to a range of global customers., The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard and will be fluent in the appropriate language (written and oral). You will have proven customer account management skills and be able to demonstrate a strong customer focused approach.
