We are looking for experienced subcontract carpenters and multi skilled operatives to work on our social housing contracts within South Wales.
The job will include carrying out carpentry and maintenance activities within occupied residential properties, empty properties and public buildings. If you’re reliable, hardworking and committed to doing a quality job, we can offer good rates of pay and ongoing work with one of the largest construction and building maintenance contractors within South Wales.
Person Requirements: The successful candidate will be a City & Guilds or NVQ qualified carpenter or have 3 years+ maintenance experience.
Must be able to work to specifications and guidelines and can stick to deadlines.
Must have your own tools and preferably transport.
