We currently have an opportunity for a Bulk Waste Operative to join us in in London, on a temp to permanent basis.

Within the role, you will undertake daily removal of bulk items on site facilities and loading them onto a truck in accordance with the cleaning specification. The load is then taken to a waste transfer station for disposal. On various occasions you will called upon to do some ad-hoc works like grounds work, jet washing, light replacements,  light removals  under the direction of the Cleaning Supervisor or Cleaning Team Leader.

Complying with Mears Group regulations, you will complete the day’s tasks to the agreed standards or quality. • Training and development
  • Mears Advantage - Allowing you to save money on everything from weekly groceries, to your annual family holiday
  • Mears Assist - A confidential hotline open to all colleagues, providing support on a wide range of personal and work-related issues.
