The Role We are looking for an experienced commercial contracts lawyer to join us at an exciting time of expansion for Brooke. The main responsibilities will be to advise on and negotiate a very wide range of commercial contracts with the main focus being on technology contracts. Other key contracts will be with Brooke's business partners and with other NGOs and charities with whom Brooke works. The role can be flexible to permit the successful candidate to broaden their experience of advising a leading charity. Criteria You will need to have a law degree and have extensive experience of working at a senior level within a legal department, advising on and negotiating commercial contracts. You will be commercially minded with excellent experience in advising on legal risks, actions to take to mitigate those risks and negotiation strategies. You will take the initiative to keep up to date with new areas of law and identify any impact on Brooke.
