You should be an enthusiastic and ambitious English graduate who holds a 2:1 degree at the very least and has the ability to adapt to new situations with responsibility. You must have the skills to maintain a high level of drive and passion that will motivate you for the rest of your teaching career. The successful candidate will have a naturally positive outlook which inspires both teachers and pupils around them to strive for the best achievements.
