Job Title: Receptionist and Admin Support

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £15,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Role:

Our Client is seeking a Receptionist who can also provide admin support. You will join a driven, award winning and close-knit team that is targeted on providing specialist finance solutions to both direct clients and finance professionals.

The Company is already widely recognised as one of the UK's leading specialist finance brokerage. To achieve their goals, they want somebody who is highly organised, highly motivated with excellent communication skills and thrives under pressure.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Answer visitor's general questions about the company and its products and services
  • Greeting visitors and directing them accordingly
  • Log new enquiries into the CRM system and distributing accordingly
  • Scan and log documents into the company system
  • Archiving completed case files
  • Assist as required with admin duties
  • Ensure work undertaken is compliant and meets Data Protection regulations

Personal Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Organisation and skills are key for this role
  • Very strong understanding of all Microsoft Office Programmes
  • Experience of working within a professional office environment
  • Ability to work within a team as well as on your own
  • Prioritise work and manage deadlines
