Here at Austin Fraser we are looking for experienced sales people with heaps of drive and ambition to join us as specialist 360 Recruitment Consultants in our brand new Reading HQ.

What to expect as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Austin Fraser...

• A fun and encouraging office environment where people genuinely enjoy coming in to work (even on a Monday!)

• You will be given your own niche sector that you specialise within and will be given the responsibility of growing your own business empire within AF. Your days will be varied with a mixture of phone work and getting out of the office to meet with your clients/candidates face to face.

• As a new starter you'll be enrolled in our 12 week training programme delivered by our very own Learning and Development team. It's a blended mix of practical and theory work and will give you the chance to learn on the job.

• You won't find yourself with any sky high KPIs here; your activity, effort and intent will all be recognised with a focus on quality rather than quantity.

• We have 3 annual holiday incentives (all expenses paid for trips for those who hit their targets) and past locations have included Barcelona, Miami, Vegas, Cancun and many more. We also have monthly lunch clubs to top restaurants.

• Our uncapped commission structure has no threshold meaning that you will see money for every single penny you bill and have the power to control your earnings.
