HR Assistant

What will you be doing?

• Provide HR administrative support for all new joiners including raising offer letters, preparing contracts, creating personnel file, supporting managers to set up IT equipment and prepare for the onboarding process.

• Responsible for monitoring and tracking probationary periods including liaising with managers and preparing letters

• Preparation of letters in relation to change of terms, disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes.

• Provision of administrative support in relation to leavers including processing resignations, terminations, preparing letters and ensuring that payroll is updated correctly.

• Proactively ensure that PeopleHR is up to date and functioning effectively.

• Ensure that Organisation charts and other data files are kept up to date at all times.

• Ownership of monthly HR data submissions which must be accurate and completed in a timely manner.
